ReCharge ReCycling has been granted a $100,000 ReCycling Market Development grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) for their work with End-of-Life (EOL) EV Battery packs. Michael Czarnota, Founder and CEO of ReCharge ReCycling expressed his gratitude, “We at ReCharge ReCycling are honored to receive this grant, and proud of our team to be recognized by EGLE as team who can make a positive impact on the environment.” Czarnota was excited to further share, “By reusing and repurposing EV battery packs, we will reduce carbon footprint by 88% compared to the manufacturing of a new EV battery pack.
