ReCharge ReCycling is proud to announce that Mike Maizland has joined ReCharge ReCycling, LLC as President and Chief Technology Officer. As the leader of Recharge ReCycling, Mike is responsible for the execution of our business plan. As CTO, he will scale and further develop the company’s innovations in EV battery (and other battery types) technology.

Founder & CEO, Michael Czarnota, said, “We are delighted to have Mike onboard and at the helm. With more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry including roles as GM China CIO and launching Shanghai OnStar, he will accelerate our data collection and machine learning (AI) capabilities.” Upon repatriation from overseas, Mike led the creation and implementation of a multi-year technology roadmap for both Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computer-Aided Test (CAT). These roadmaps were a key part of GM’s business initiatives to “move to virtual” and a transition of lab testing from internal combustion engine focused to battery electric vehicle (EV) focused.

Upon joining our team, Mike Maizland stated, “I am excited to be onboard with ReCharge ReCycling. This is a company that has shown incredible potential in the Electric Vehicle Lifecycle Management space, and I am eager to work with the team to continue building on that success. I am committed to helping ReCharge ReCycling achieve its goals and make a real impact in the industry.”
